Headband (Popcorn)
Headband (Popcorn) brings the unmistakable character of this legendary hybrid into an affordable popcorn format without sacrificing potency or terpene depth. A cross of OG Kush and Sour Diesel, Headband is named for the signature sensation of gentle pressure around the forehead that often accompanies its onset. These smaller buds maintain the same resin production and effect profile as full-sized flowers, making them a smart choice for fans of classic West Coast genetics.
Flavour and Aroma
This strain is instantly recognizable thanks to its pungent diesel-forward aroma layered with earthy kush, pine and subtle citrus zest. On the inhale, expect sharp fuel notes balanced by herbal depth, followed by a slightly lemony, peppery finish. The aroma is bold and long-lasting, filling the room with old-school sour-kush funk.
Effects and Potency
Headband delivers a balanced hybrid high that begins with a clear, cerebral lift and focused mental calm. The head-focused effects are often described as euphoric and steady rather than racy, while a warm body relaxation gradually follows. This makes Headband suitable for afternoon or early evening use, offering stress relief and mental clarity without heavy sedation.
Appearance and Experience
These popcorn buds are compact, dense and well-coated in trichomes, showing bright green hues with orange pistils throughout. Despite their smaller size, they grind evenly and burn smoothly, producing flavourful smoke and consistent effects from start to finish. Each session reflects the classic Headband experience in a more accessible format.
