Yes. Adults 21 and over from any state or country can shop with us using a valid government-issued photo ID, such as an out-of-state driver's licence or a passport. Just remember that it's illegal to take cannabis out of Oregon, including across state lines and through airports.

Oregon charges a state retail tax on recreational cannabis, and cities can add a local tax on top. Ask a budtender if you'd like to know whether a price shown includes tax, and you'll always see the final total before you pay. Oregon sets daily purchase limits for each product type, such as flower, edibles, concentrates and seeds, and the limits are different for recreational customers and medical patients. Our checkout system automatically keeps every sale within the legal limit, and our budtenders can explain the current limits.

Our budtenders are knowledgeable about cannabis products, cannabinoids and dosing formats, and they're happy to talk through options. However, they're not medical professionals and can't diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Please speak to your doctor or healthcare provider about using cannabis, especially if you take other medications.
No. OMMP cards are issued by the Oregon Health Authority after a qualifying recommendation from a licensed healthcare provider. Visit the Oregon Health Authority website for current requirements and how to apply.
Our menu covers every major category: flower (from top-shelf to value smalls and popcorn buds), pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles like gummies and chocolates, concentrates such as live rosin, wax and shatter, tinctures, topicals, CBD and ratio products, and accessories like papers, grinders and batteries.
Yes. Every cannabis product sold in Oregon's regulated market must be tested by a licensed lab for potency and contaminants, and labelled with the results. If you'd like to see the details for a specific product, just ask.
Seed and clone availability changes throughout the year. Ask a budtender or send us a message before you visit to find out what genetics are currently in stock.
These are smaller buds from the lower parts of the cannabis plant. They come from the same plants as larger buds and can have similar potency and flavour, but they're usually sold at a lower price. They're a great value option for everyday use.
Live resin is made from fresh-frozen cannabis using a solvent, which keeps more of the plant's original terpenes and flavour. Live rosin is also made from fresh-frozen plants but is extracted using only heat and pressure, with no solvents. Distillate is a highly refined oil that's very potent but has most of the natural terpenes removed, so flavour is often added back in.
Because cannabis is a regulated product, returns are limited. If you have an issue with something you bought, such as a faulty vape cartridge, bring it back with your receipt and talk to our team. We'll look into it and do our best to make it right.
THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis and the one responsible for the 'high'. It works with the body's endocannabinoid system, which is involved in mood, appetite, sleep and how we feel sensations. Flower labels show THC as a percentage, while edibles show it in milligrams.
CBD (cannabidiol) is the second best-known cannabinoid. Unlike THC, it doesn't produce an intoxicating high. Many people choose CBD-rich or balanced THC:CBD products when they want a gentler experience.
Not exactly. Weed, or marijuana, is the plant itself. Cannabinoids are natural compounds the plant produces, such as THC, CBD, CBG and CBN. More than one hundred cannabinoids have been identified in cannabis.
Terpenes are aromatic oils that give each strain its unique smell and flavour, from citrus and pine to earthy, spicy or fruity notes. Common examples include myrcene, limonene, pinene and caryophyllene. Many people find that terpene profiles help them choose strains they enjoy.
Indica-dominant strains are generally associated with relaxing, body-focused effects, and sativa-dominant strains with uplifting, energetic ones. Hybrids combine both. Because modern strains are heavily crossbred, the cannabinoid and terpene information on the label is often a better guide than the indica or sativa label alone.
Yes. Cannabis is the plant's proper name. Marijuana is the common legal and everyday term in the United States, weed and pot are slang, and ganja comes from Sanskrit and is widely used in Jamaican culture. They all refer to the same plant.
Start low and go slow. With flower or vapes, take one small puff and wait 10 to 15 minutes before deciding whether to have more. With edibles, start with a small dose (Oregon recreational edibles are typically portioned in 5 mg THC servings) and wait at least two hours before taking any more.
When you eat cannabis, THC is processed by your liver, which can make the effects stronger and longer lasting. Edibles can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in and may last 4 to 8 hours or more. That's why it's important to be patient and not take a second dose too soon.
Stay calm, and remember the feeling will pass. Find a quiet, comfortable place, drink water, have a snack and rest. Avoid taking more cannabis or drinking alcohol. If you or someone else has severe symptoms such as chest pain, trouble breathing, or extreme confusion, call 911. You can also contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 for free, confidential advice.
No. Driving under the influence of cannabis is illegal in Oregon and dangerous. Plan ahead with a sober driver, rideshare or public transport if you've consumed cannabis.
Keep cannabis in its original child-resistant packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place, and locked away from children and pets. Edibles in particular can look like regular candy or snacks, so store them well out of reach and clearly separated from ordinary food.
Yes. Oregon voters approved Measure 91 in 2014, and adults 21 and over have been able to buy cannabis from licensed retailers since 2015. The industry is regulated by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC), and medical cannabis is overseen by the Oregon Health Authority.
Cannabis may be used on private property with the owner's permission. It's illegal to use cannabis in public places, in vehicles, or on federal land such as national forests and parks.
No. Taking cannabis across state lines is illegal under federal law, even if the other state has also legalised it. That includes carrying it through airports and onto planes.
Yes. Adults 21 and over may grow up to four cannabis plants per household for personal use, kept out of public view. Homegrown cannabis can't be sold. Registered medical patients and growers may have different limits under OMMP rules.
Federal law has long classified marijuana as a Schedule I controlled substance. The federal government has been moving toward reclassifying it to Schedule III, which recognises accepted medical use. Rescheduling would mainly affect medical research and how cannabis businesses are taxed. It would not make recreational cannabis federally legal.
Day to day, no. Oregon's own laws continue to decide who can buy cannabis, how much and where it can be used. You'll still need valid ID, and federal restrictions on crossing state lines still apply. Because rescheduling news changes often, check a reliable news source for the latest status.
